STEPHEN J. LIVENS: Our firm offers the unique ability to both look for different programs for people to qualify their long-term care for and the financial tax aspect of it. With the staff that I have, we have people that have worked for Medicaid, that have been nursing home administrators, that have been regional directors. Our firm specifically practices in the wealth asset protection planning area for clients, which includes not only estate planning but also planning for protecting their assets in the event of lawsuit and ultimately protecting their assets in the event of long-term care planning.
